【摘要】:Thisspecificationcoverselectricalinsulationmonitoringdevices,intendedaspermanentlyinstalledunits,foruseinthedetectionofohmicinsulationfaultstogroundinactive,acungroundedelectricalsystems.Limitations-Thisspecificationdoesnotcoverdeviceswhicharenotintendedforoperationfor:dcungroundedsystemsoracungroundedsystemswithdccomponentsunlessactodcconversionisisolatedfromthemonitoredsystemwithtransformers.ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.Thefollowingprecautionarycaveatpertainsonlytothetestmethodsportion,Section9,ofthisspecification:Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
