【摘要】:ISO13884:2003specifiesamethodfortheaccuratedeterminationofisolatedtransbondsinnaturalorprocessedlong-chainfattyacids,fattyacidestersandtriglycerideswithtransisomerlevelsgreaterthanorequalto5%.Themethodisnotapplicable,orisapplicableonlywithspecificprecautions,tofatsandoilscontaininghighlevels(over5%)ofconjugatedunsaturation(e.g.tungoil);materialscontainingfunctionalgroupswhichmodifytheintensityoftheC-Hdeformationaboutthetransdoublebond[e.g.castoroilcontainingricinoleicacidoritsgeometricalisomer,ricinelaidicacid(12-hydroxy-9-octadecenoicacid)];mixedtriglycerideshavinglong-andshort-chainmoieties(suchasdiacetostearin);oringeneral,anymaterialscontainingconstituentswhichhavefunctionalgroupswhichgiverisetospecificabsorptionbandsatorsufficientlyclosetointerferewiththe966cm-1bandoftheC-Hdeformationoftheisolatedtransdoublebond.
