【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationappliestoeyeprotectivedevices,designedforusebyplayersofthesportofpaintball,thatminimizeorsignificantlyreduceinjurytotheeyeandadnexaduetoimpactandpenetrationofpaintballs.1.2Eyeprotectivedevicesmeetingtherequirementsofthisspecificationoffersprotectiontotheeyesandadnexaandnotnecessarilytoanyotherpartsofthehead.1.3ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.1.5ThisspecificationdoesnotlimitthewearingofeyeglassesorcontactlenseswhenusedinconjunctionwiththeEPD.
